This policy explains what personal data SpinsBro Music collects when you visit this site, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Plain language, no small print.
1. Who we are
SpinsBro Music is the artist site for the recording project of the same name. It is operated by the SpinsBro Music team, which acts as the data controller for everything described below. Written questions go to privacy@spinsbro-music.com, and we answer within thirty days.
This site links to spinsbro.vip, a separate gambling operator with its own privacy policy and its own controller. Once you follow that link, this policy no longer applies — read theirs.
2. What we collect
We collect as little as the site can work with. Nothing here is bought from third parties, and nothing is sold to them.

3. How we use it
Every purpose below is listed with the data it needs and the legal ground we rely on. If a ground is consent, you can take it back at any time and we stop.

4. Cookies

Blocking cookies in your browser will not break the site. The audio player and the video pop-up both work without them; only your consent choice stops being remembered.
5. Who else sees your data
We use a short list of processors, all bound by contract to use the data only for the service they provide to us:
- The hosting provider that serves this site and keeps request logs
- The email service that sends release announcements
- YouTube, which receives your IP address when a video pop-up loads — the player runs in no-cookie mode until you press play
- The analytics service that produces aggregate visit statistics
Beyond that, we disclose data only where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertising networks.

- Hand your data over in a machine-readable file
- Object to anything we do on the basis of legitimate interest
How to ask
One email to privacy@spinsbro-music.com is enough — no form to fill in. We may ask one question to confirm the request came from you. If you are not happy with the answer, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
8. Age and responsible play
This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. Every link to spinsbro.vip is a gambling link: 18+, new players only, and subject to the operator's own terms. If you believe a minor has given us personal data, write to us and it will be removed the same week.
9. Changes to this policy
When something changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes — a new processor, a new purpose, a longer retention period — are announced on the site for at least thirty days before they take effect. Earlier versions are kept and can be requested by email.
